DAE think those peel and stick grout pens are a joke? One failed on me in the bathroom off Georgia St
I keep seeing folks say grout pens are a cheap fix, but I was in a rental on Georgia St doing a quick touch up and the pen flaked off the shower floor in 9 days. I mixed up a real epoxy grout and redid the 12 sq ft strip myself on a Saturday, and it has held up fine since. Tbh the pen looked okay for about a week, then it started peeling up in the wet spots. So what do you all use for small grout repairs when the homeowner does not want a full redo?
