I've got a stubborn pipe issue in my guest bathroom that's driving me crazy. I'm trying to decide between calling Frank's Repair Plumbing or Jasper Plumbing Services, LLC. Has anyone used either of these companies recently? I just want someone who will actually show up when they say they will and not string me along with a temporary fix.

I've unfortunately had to deal with both of them. Go with Jasper, hands down.
Frank's came to our home twice for a leaking mainline and somehow still didn't fix the problem. We paid for two visits and still had a puddle in the yard. We finally gave up and called Jasper Plumbing Services. They showed up exactly on time, the technician was extra knowledgeable, and he fixed the whole thing on the first try. Save yourself the headache!
I haven't used Frank's, but I can totally vouch for Jasper Plumbing. We had a weird water heater issue a few months ago and they were super professional about explaining what went wrong before just charging me for parts. Knowing what the previous poster said about Frank's needing multiple trips, I'd definitely avoid them.
