Saw a crawlspace hatch in a Wolflin bungalow that was held shut by one rusty hinge and a prayer
Told the homeowner straight up that a $6 hinge and 20 minutes is way cheaper than a $1,200 foundation quote, so has anyone else run into these sketchy flip jobs around the older neighborhoods?

Remember the old Miller place off Georgia? Hinge snapped and the whole hatch fell on my foot.
