Tried to patch my garage floor with that quick-set concrete mix from the hardware store on 45th

I figured it would be easy, just mix and pour. Ended up using way too much water, and the patch turned into a weird, soupy gray pancake that took three days to even think about hardening. My wife walked out and said, 'Did you mean to make a concrete frisbee?' Learned that 'quick set' does not mean 'forgiving'. Anyone know a good local guy who can fix a fix?

My husband did that once and we ended up with a permanent puddle.

Maybe the puddle is secretly a feature... adds character to the floor.

My old apartment in Phoenix had a puddle by the fridge that never dried. The landlord called it a "cooling feature" for the tile. It just warped the floorboards and smelled like wet dog after a week. Character is one thing, but that was a biohazard.
