A gallery owner in Santa Fe said my AI piece had 'no soul' and then hung it in the back room
Two months ago I showed a gallery owner in Santa Fe three prints, two I painted myself and one I made with Midjourney. She looked at the AI one for maybe 10 seconds and said "the machine picked the colors, not you." Then she hung it anyway, way in the back by the bathroom. I asked her why hang it at all if it had no soul, and she said "because it sold in a day, and that scares me." Anyone else had a gallery person say one thing and do the exact opposite?
