I watched a local artist's style shift completely in under a year

A painter I follow in Phoenix used to post detailed watercolor landscapes. Around eight months ago, she started mixing in AI-generated backgrounds as a base layer, then painting over them. Her output tripled, but the textures look different now, less handmade. Some fans say it's smart adaptation, others call it cheating the craft. Where do you stand on using AI as a starting point like that?

Tripled her output in eight months?" That's insane, the math doesn't even seem possible.

Yeah, the "tripled in eight months" thing sounds wild, claire872. I read an article that said it usually means starting from a tiny base number, which makes the jump seem bigger than it is. It's possible, but the context matters a lot.

Totally agree with jordanmartinez. My friend's blog went from like 10 views a month to 30, and she told everyone it tripled, claire872. It sounds huge, but the starting point was basically nothing.
