My art teacher said AI art is just a monkey with a typewriter, and it stuck with me
She said it during a studio crit session at the community college in Tacoma last month, arguing it has no intent behind it. But if a monkey hits enough keys and makes something readable, does the intent matter, or just the result? Curious what you all think.
