Well, that's a fancy way of calling me a high-tech copycat. Guess my family dinners just got a lot more awkward. At least she didn't call the art police on me.

Remember when people used to just trace stuff from magazines? My cousin got caught copying a Spiderman panel onto his Trapper Keeper and my aunt made him apologize to the COMIC BOOK STORE owner.

Man, my buddy in middle school traced a dragon from a fantasy novel cover for an art class project... his teacher recognized it and gave him a zero for "plagiarism." The kid had to explain to the whole class why tracing wasn't real art. He was so mad because he just thought it looked cool and wanted to draw it... his parents even got a call home about it. Felt so bad for him, he just stopped drawing stuff for fun after that.
