Spent $150 on an AI art generator subscription and got nothing but weird hands
I signed up for this new AI art tool back in January because all the hype made it seem like I could just type in a few words and get something usable. I mean I paid $150 upfront for a whole year since they pushed the annual deal hard. Every single image I tried to generate came out with fingers bent backwards or three arms or faces that looked like melting wax. I spent like 4 hours one Sunday trying different prompts and the best I got was a cat with six legs holding a coffee mug. Customer support just sent me a link to a FAQ page and basically said I was using it wrong. Has anyone else dumped cash on one of these tools and felt completely ripped off?

Feel you on this one honestly. I signed up for Midjourney back when everyone was raving about it and my first batch of images looked like a nightmare circus. I spent a whole afternoon trying to get a simple portrait of a dog and it kept giving me a creature with six eyes and a tail growing out of its ear. Customer support basically told me to read the documentation again which felt like a slap in the face. Kinda makes you wonder if these companies just bank on people feeling too dumb to ask for a refund.
