Told an AI art fan that his 'prompt engineering' was just typing words, but he proved me wrong with a series of 20 pieces
I laughed at a guy on Reddit who claimed AI art requires real skill, then he showed me 3 of his generations from identical prompts but tweaked the seed and guidance scale. The difference between his first and final piece was night and day like watching someone learn to paint in 5 minutes. Has anyone else had to eat their words about AI not being creative when the creator actually knew what they were doing?

Heard about this from my buddy Tom last week actually. He spent like an hour arguing with some AI art account on Twitter before realizing it wasn't even a real person running it. Felt pretty dumb when he figured it out but honestly can you blame him? These things are getting good enough that you can't always tell whats human and whats generated anymore. Idk maybe we're all gonna have to get used to apologizing to robots sooner or later.
