Hit 500 fire drills this year and only 3 people knew where the assembly point was
Ran the numbers after our quarterly review and realized we'd drilled 500 times but barely anyone remembered the backup meeting spot, so now I'm testing random callouts to see if that sticks better.

Noticing this everywhere lately people just repeating things louder instead of actually learning them.

Yeah, tell that to my brain that's been trying to remember where I put my keys for the last hour. I've repeated "keys, keys, keys" so many times it's just become background noise at this point. Guess my memory didn't get the memo about that study.
