Serious question, the city's new permit chatbot flagged my garage plans 4 times in one morning
I spent 3 hours Wednesday resubmitting the same set of drawings because the bot kept rejecting the lot line setback, and a clerk told me the AI was trained on 2019 code. Got it through on the 5th try when a real person looked at it. Anyone know if there's a way to appeal straight to a human from the start, or do we all just keep feeding the machine until it gives up?
