Had to pick between two AI scheduling tools for my small repair shop, chose the wrong one first
Last month I was deciding between Acuity and Calendly for handling appointments at my shop in Tulsa. I went with Acuity because it had more features on paper, but after 3 days I realized it was way too complicated for what I needed. Ended up switching to Calendly and it's been smooth ever since. Has anyone else jumped into a feature heavy tool only to find out it's overkill?

Yeah @the_terry, I learned that lesson the hard way too. Simple just works better.

Used to think more features meant better. Changed my mind after that mess.

Wait, you're talking about the vacuum cleaner with the auto-empty station that kept eating socks, right? That thing had so many buttons it looked like a spaceship console. I watched a neighbor's unit try to "learn" a rug pattern for an hour before just beeping angrily. Man, sometimes simple really is better. Still can't believe they thought adding a cheese grater attachment to a blender was a good idea.
