My brother told me to ignore the hype around AI image generators
He said they were just a gimmick and couldn't handle specific details. I tried one to mock up a property flyer, and it perfectly generated a Victorian house with a wraparound porch and a blue door in under 30 seconds. Anyone else been totally wrong about a new AI tool's capability?

Saw a tech blogger say the same thing about AI writing tools last month, then watched them use it to draft a whole newsletter. What kind of property flyer were you making?

You're right about that "same thing" line, I totally used to say it too. Making a flyer for a weird little rental house is what finally changed my mind.

Oh the "weird little rental house" was a real gem. It had a bathroom you could only get to through a bedroom and a shed they called a "studio". Trying to write "cozy charm" with a straight face was the hardest part.
