My little GPT script just saved our booking calendar

3 years ago I started tinkering with OpenAI's API for fun, last week I finally built a tiny bot that parses our messy voicemail reservations in Jersey City. It catches repeat bookings and flags impossible times, and it cut our double-booking headache to zero in 6 days. My boss said "that thing actually works" which felt pretty good, so now I'm wondering if I should teach it to handle cancellation texts too. Has anyone else gotten a scrappy automation past a skeptical team?
