My team's design mockup time dropped from 3 days to 3 hours after we switched to a new generative UI tool.
The AI now builds full, interactive prototypes from a text prompt, which completely killed our old workflow of endless back-and-forth with the devs.

Yeah it's funny how we always focus on what's left to do instead of celebrating the progress. Happens with everything from diets to work projects lol.

Totally get that. What helped me was setting mini milestones to actually notice the wins. Makes it way easier to see how far you've come.
