Question about the push for AI to write all our marketing copy
Last week, our marketing team in Austin switched to an AI tool that writes all our product descriptions. Three years ago, we had a human writer who knew our brand voice inside out, but now we're just feeding prompts into a machine. Has anyone else seen a drop in customer engagement after making this change?

Actually saw a study last week that said AI copy can hurt sales for niche products. Maybe your old writer just knew the small details that mattered.

Yeah, my buddy's craft beer site tanked after switching to AI.

Reminds me of a local bakery that tried AI menus. The descriptions got weird and people stopped trusting the specials.

Wasn't that study about SEO spam pages though, not product descriptions?
