Serious question, did I waste $60 on an AI voice tool for my dad's 70th?
I dropped about $60 on a month of an AI voice generator to make a fake voicemail from my late grandpa for my dad's 70th, and I honestly thought I'd feel weird about it. Then my dad heard it twice, laughed at the bad Boston accent, and asked me to save the file. The thing that flipped me was how much the tool got right from only 40 seconds of old tape, it nailed the pauses even though it botched his slang. Now I'm wondering if I should do a longer version for the family reunion in August, has anyone tried feeding it old home video audio instead of phone tapes?
