AI tool flagged my resume, recruiter told me the real issue
Applied to a logistics job in Dallas last week. Got an auto-reject email in 12 minutes. Called the recruiter, she said my resume had too many generic verbs like 'managed' and 'handled'. Changed everything to specific numbers and project names. Resubmitted yesterday, got an interview today. Anyone else found what AI filters actually look for?

Ha, that tracks, those bots basically scan for measurable stuff like numbers and real projects, so make everything easy for them to count.
