My old job got eaten by AI in 3 days flat

I used to write product descriptions for a furniture site out of Austin, 40 to 50 a week. Last month the boss ran my best ones through a generator and said it pumps out 200 in an hour, so I got cut. I'm not mad anymore, but I went back to school for electrical work... anyone else just pivot entirely instead of fighting it?

Honestly, when you said "pumps out 200 in an hour", that hit me. I used to think learning the software was the smart move, but seeing how fast it replaces the whole job changed my mind. Pivoting to a trade you can't automate is the only way to win that race.
