My team lead keeps saying AI will only take 'bad' jobs, but our data says something else

We had a project review last week for our marketing analytics department, and the lead said AI tools would just handle the boring data entry stuff. I pulled the last quarter's report and saw our new AI system actually cut the need for two mid-level strategy roles because it predicts campaign trends faster. That's not just grunt work. It matters because people are getting told their jobs are safe when they might not be. I know because I helped train the model that's doing it. Has anyone else seen AI start to replace roles that were supposed to be 'creative' or safe?
