Pro tip: I tried to write my own cover letters for a month, then used an AI tool for a week
The AI got me three callbacks in that week, while my own letters got zero. The difference was it pulled keywords from the job posts I missed. Anyone have other AI job search tricks that actually work?

Honestly this is everywhere now, not just job stuff. The internet is basically a keyword matching game and we all have to play. My pest control website gets way more calls when I stuff it with what people google, even if it sounds dumb. Feels like you need to hack the system just to be seen for what you actually do.

Yeah that's a solid point from @evahenderson. I mean, it's wild how much of this stuff is just about knowing the right words to use, even inside a company. You'd think they'd know you already, but you still gotta play the game. It feels like you need a secret decoder ring just to get people to see the work you're already doing.
