Rant: My neighbor, a paralegal for 15 years, told me over coffee last Tuesday that her firm just bought software to do her job.
She said her boss told her 'the system can review 1000 documents in the time it takes you to do 50, so we're reassigning you to train it' and now I'm wondering what job is actually safe anymore.
