The self-checkout at my local Kroger replaced 3 cashiers and now there's always a line
Three years ago I used to chat with Delia at register 4 every Tuesday night, but last month they swapped her for a screen that yells at me when I put my bag in the wrong spot, and I'm wondering if anyone else has seen stores quietly cutting overnight stock crews too, or is it just my area?

Wait until you see what happens when the AC breaks in July. Then you'll really miss Delia. But honestly, the line at self-checkout is maybe three minutes, and you're acting like they replaced her with a robot that spits on you. Stores cut people all the time, it's been going on for decades, and somehow we all survive. The overnight stock crew thing might be real, but I'd need to see some actual proof before I start writing angry letters. Maybe check if the shelves are actually empty before you blame the company for every little change.
