3 years ago I doubted air fryers, last month I gave my microwave away

I remember watching my sister in Denver pull burnt chicken strips out of her basket back in 2021 and I told her that thing was just a tiny convection oven, but last month when my own fries came out crispy in 11 minutes I hauled the microwave to the curb and now I'm wondering if anyone else swapped their counter space for one of these.
