Appreciation post: My air fryer totally fixed my soggy leftover pizza problem

For years, I'd just microwave leftover slices and they'd get soft and weird. Last month, my neighbor in apartment 3B told me to try the air fryer. I do 350 degrees for 3 minutes now. It comes out crispy, like it's fresh. Anyone have a different temp or time that works better for them?

My cousin swears by 375 for two minutes.

Your cousin must have a magic oven, @irisowens. In my experience, that timing is a one way ticket to charcoal briquettes. Maybe it works for a single, sad frozen pizza roll, but for a whole meal? No shot. You'd end up with a cold center and a burnt edge, the worst combo. I'd need to see some proof before trusting that advice.

Totally agree with the charcoal briquette call. You'd need to rotate that tray like a helicopter parent to even have a chance. My old oven ran hot and would still leave the middle frozen at that setting. Honestly sounds like her cousin's oven timer is broken and she's just guessing. I wouldn't risk a whole meal on it either.
