Best air fryer week ever - crispy chicken wings 5 nights in a row

Last Tuesday I finally dialed in my wing recipe after about 10 tries. I tossed them in baking powder and salt, cooked at 390 for 25 minutes, and they came out as crispy as deep fried ones. My neighbor Tom even knocked on my door to ask what smelled so good. Anyone else have that one dish that finally clicked after a bunch of fails?

Baking powder is key but you gotta make sure it's aluminum free or it can leave a weird metallic taste. Also try tossing them in a little cornstarch next time along with the baking powder, it gives them an even crunchier crust.

Baking powder and cornstarch combo is a game changer, totally agree.

Game changer" seems a little dramatic for chicken wings, no? I mean they're good but I don't think we're curing cancer here.
