My neighbor said air fryers just reheat old fries, but I made crispy tofu in mine last night.
I mean, he was talking about how it's just a small oven, but I got my tofu cubes super crunchy without any oil. It made me wonder if people are missing the point with these things. Do you use yours mostly for frozen food or for cooking stuff from scratch?

Agree with @the_rowan, that's a pretty limited view of the appliance. I use mine almost every day for fresh veggies and proteins, not just reheating. It really changes how you cook simple things from scratch.
