PSA: My air fryer version of a paid class recipe is giving me guilt

I learned a killer air fryer potato recipe at a cooking class I paid for. I adjusted the seasonings and shared my tweak with friends online. Is it rude to change and pass on recipes from paid workshops?

I used to agree, but your twist makes it yours.

Stop stressing, you improved the recipe and shared your take.

Totally get the "stop stressing" part, I used to overthink every change I made. What helped me was just scribbling down what I did right on the recipe card right after I cooked. Keep a little notebook in the kitchen for that. Half the time you won't remember the exact tweak next month if you don't write it down, and then you can actually share it anyway.

Recipes get better when people pass them around.
