Shoutout to the air fryer at the campsite we rented near Lake Tahoe last fall
We booked a cabin for a weekend up near Lake Tahoe and the place had a little air fryer in the kitchen. I was skeptical at first because most rental kitchens have junk appliances. But I threw in some frozen tater tots we brought and they came out perfect in 12 minutes. Crispy on the outside, soft inside, no preheating needed. The cabin oven took forever to heat up and felt like a waste for a small batch. We ended up using that air fryer for everything that weekend, even reheated leftover pizza from the local spot. Has anyone else found a random air fryer in a rental and had it save your meal plans?

We rented a cabin in the Smokies last spring and the air fryer in the kitchen totally saved our trip too. I used it to make buffalo cauliflower bites and they were way better than anything the oven could have done. Honestly, I think every rental should have one now, it just makes cooking on vacation so much easier.
