Spent 45 minutes trying to figure out why my chicken was dry
I kept getting dry chicken breast in my air fryer no matter what temp I set. Turns out I was cooking it for 12 minutes when it only needed 8 minutes at 375. Has anyone else realized they were just overcooking everything by a few minutes?

12 minutes at 375 is basically what I'd do if I wanted chicken jerky. I did the exact same thing for like two weeks straight, wondering why my "juicy" chicken was somehow drier than the Sahara. I guess we both learned the hard way that air fryers are tiny little speed demons that'll ruin your dinner if you blink twice.
