That $60 silicone liner set turned out to be a gimmick, learn from my mistake
I bought a pack of silicone basket liners off Amazon last month because I was tired of scrubbing my air fryer after every batch of wings. They were supposed to make cleanup a breeze, but instead my food came out soggy and the grease just pooled underneath the liner. After three tries with different temps and preheating, I finally threw them in a drawer and went back to parchment paper, which costs maybe 5 cents per sheet. The kicker is my air fryer still has a faint burnt smell from the one time the liner warped and touched the heating element. Anyone else get sold on a gadget that made their cooking worse instead of better?
