Was totally sure air fryer veggies would turn out sad and shriveled but after trying broccoli at 375 for exactly 8 minutes with a tiny spray of olive oil I'm a full convert
What finally convinced me was when my picky 8 year old asked for seconds of cauliflower - has anyone else found a veggie that surprised them in the air fryer?

Has anyone tried green beans in the air fryer? I tossed them with a little garlic powder and salt, and they came out with this amazing crispy outside but still tender inside. My husband, who usually hates green beans, actually ate half the batch before I could even plate the rest. The trick is to not overcrowd the basket, you know, give them room to breathe. I was so skeptical at first but now I'm hooked on making veggies this way.

Yeah I was the same way, totally thought it was just another gadget taking up counter space. But then my sister made Brussels sprouts in hers and I was blown away. I had always hated them boiled or roasted, they'd get mushy or burnt. But the air fryer got them actually crispy on the outside and not bitter at all. My mom even asked for the recipe, and she's been cooking for 40 years. Never would have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself.
