Why does nobody admit reheating pizza in an air fryer beats a fresh slice
I did it last Tuesday with a 2-day-old slice from Sal's on 9th and it came out crisp at 380 for 3 minutes, so now I need to know what else you all are secretly reheating better than the original.
Wait, Sal's on 9th? Like the spot with the janky neon sign and the guy who always argues about the Mets? That changes everything, because I always figured their slices were best eaten right there standing up at the counter. Hearing that a 2 day old slice came back to life at 380 for 3 minutes is kinda blowing my mind right now. Everyone acts like day old pizza is a sad punishment but you're out here proving it can be better than fresh. I've been doing cold pizza straight from the fridge like a cave person this whole time. Gonna try your exact numbers tonight with some leftover pepperoni and see if my mind gets blown too.
