Ouch, that's a cheap shot. The old tools still get you there, they just take a different path. Calling them dumb says more about the user than the gear.
I mean that 1992 oscilloscope I use caught a timing glitch new gear missed last week. Complex faults are literally why some of this old stuff is still around, idk how that's a surprise. Maybe it's just me but acting like old tools never solved hard problems is wild.
