Shoutout to the guy who told me to use a paint marker on my torque wrench settings
After 9 months of second guessing myself on every C-check in Phoenix, I finally wrote the ft-lbs right on the wrench handle with a $2 paint pen and my torque errors dropped to zero, so why is this trick not in any AMM manual and has anyone else tried it?

Hold on, you're telling me a paint pen fixed your torque game completely? Zero errors for 9 months sounds more like you finally stopped rushing or started paying better attention, not magic ink. I'm not buying that the marker itself is the hero here, its just a cheap reminder for the real issue which is you second guessing yourself. The reason its not in the AMM is cause the book assumes you know your tools and your own skill, not that you need to tag them like its a kid's lunchbox. But hey, if it works for you, cool, just dont act like this is some hidden genius hack when its really just basic organization.
