Zip ties on every cable bundle drove me crazy, until I learned this

I used to strap every wire tight as a drum on panel installs. Then a service call in Phoenix showed me how a loose bundle kept a contact from rubbing through over 4 years. Now I leave a little slack on any bundle near moving parts or corners, has anyone else seen wear from over-tightening?
