Home inspector in Red Deer pointed at my grading and I'm still annoyed he was right
He said my downspouts dump water right against the foundation and that fix would've cost me $60 in extensions instead of the $4,200 I'm now facing for a cracked basement wall, so has anyone else had a cheap fix turn into a big bill because they brushed off the inspector?
