Update on my roof repair quotes in Edmonton
Got one quote for a simple patch job and another for a full inspection and proper fix, and the second one found rot in the sheathing I never saw. What do you guys look for in a roofing company?

Wow, that's actually why I'd go with the full inspection every time. A patch just hides the problem, and then you're paying for it twice when the rot gets worse.

Check their work truck for old shingles and nails. A messy truck can mean messy work habits, and you don't want debris in your gutters or yard. That small detail tells you a lot about their overall care.
