Tbh, back when we used people to check insurance claims, things felt slower but clearer. Now with the algorithm, I keep worrying about the cases it tosses out.

But I actually see it the other way. A system that works fast means people like @lily57's aunt get answers quickly, even if it's a no. Waiting on a person can drag on for months. Sometimes speed is the human touch, because it ends the stress of not knowing.
