Update: the new hiring system at my old job in Cincinnati flagged my resume as low quality

I applied for a part time role at the warehouse I worked at three years ago. The new automated system sent a rejection email in under two minutes, saying my resume lacked 'key terms'. I know they use a scoring algorithm from a company called HireScore. Has anyone had luck getting a human to review after a fast rejection like this?

Two minutes is just brutal, honestly.

Yeah, but it's actually three minutes, @irisowens. Still feels way too short though.

Honestly, that sounds about right to me. Those systems are just scanning for specific words from the job ad. In my experience, you gotta copy those exact phrases into your resume to get past the bot. It's not about your actual skills at that point, it's just a word match. I'd try tweaking your resume with the job description right in front of you and applying again. A quick rejection just means you didn't play the keyword game.
