Finally hit 500 followers and it was all bots

I've been posting my weird light orb videos for months thinking I was building a real audience... turns out 473 of my 500 followers are just bot accounts. I only figured it out when I checked my analytics and saw the names were all numbers like "user847392". Makes me wonder if any of those leaked Area 51 photos I comment on are even real people either...

Read that some platforms are basically just bot factories now. Heard this one guy bought 10,000 followers for like 30 bucks and they all had the same profile pic of a dog. Makes you wonder if half the internet is just robots talking to each other. At least your light orb videos are real, even if nobody saw them. Better than being one of those bots that just posts the same pizza photo every day. Probably should check your comments section too, bet those are all automated replies saying "nice post.

Totally get what you mean, it's wild out there. I actually checked my follower list once and found like 50 accounts with no posts and usernames like "user45678" just following me. The whole thing feels like a giant simulation sometimes, honestly.
