The laser level I ignored for 6 months finally made sense on a deck job
I used to eyeball every fence post with a bubble level and a prayer, figured digital stuff was just gimmick tech. Then a buddy in Spokane loaned me his rotary laser for a 60 foot deck frame, and I watched the beam do in 10 minutes what took me an afternoon of rechecking. It hit me that a lot of 'alien tech' is just tools we're too stubborn to learn, same with those drone videos people call CGI. Anyone else have a tool that felt like overkill until one job flipped your opinion?
