Pro tip: my rental's cheap plastic drain snake snapped in the wall on a Saturday, and the plumber quoted me $220
So I ran to Harbor Freight and grabbed a $12 auger that actually cleared the clog before he showed up. Has anyone else had a tool snap off mid-repair and just make the whole mess worse?
