Saw a 30 year old Maytag still running in a cabin near Bemidji and it got me thinking about my own repair habits
I was up in Bemidji last weekend helping my brother in law open his cabin for the season and the guy next door had a Maytag washer from 1994 still hooked up and running fine. He said he has never had a single service call on it, just replaces the hose every few years, and it made me wonder if I am over recommending replacements to my customers back home. What is the oldest machine you all have seen still chugging along in the wild?
