You think it's just about fresh eyes? That person spent ten years doing it the hard way. The real issue is nobody told them there was a better tool. It's not about seeing the obvious, it's about someone finally sharing basic knowledge. That volunteer didn't just look, they spoke up. Makes you wonder what else people struggle with because no one bothers to say anything.

But come on, it's not that deep. People figure stuff out on their own all the time. Getting stuck for a decade just means you never asked for help.
