I compared hand filing taxes vs using TurboTax for my dog walking side hustle
Did the paper forms myself last April and spent 4 hours on a Saturday crying over Schedule C deductions. Switched to TurboTax this year, cost me $50, and I was done in 30 minutes flat after my coffee cooled. Anyone else find a surprisingly big gap between DIY and paid tools like that?

It's wild how much time we waste on stuff that's supposed to save us time. Same thing with meal prepping vs just ordering groceries online, way easier than I thought it'd be.

Honestly the real trick is figuring out which stuff actually saves time and which stuff is just another chore. Meal prepping Sundays always turned into a whole day thing for me, grocery delivery actually cut down on impulse buys too. But then you got people who spend an hour scheduling their grocery delivery down to the minute, comparing coupons, planning the perfect order. At that point you're just doing extra work. So like for you specifically, what made you switch from meal prepping to just ordering? Was it the cleanup or the planning part that got old?

Meal prepping and filing taxes are totally different things though, one is about cooking efficiency and the other is about navigating tax code confusion.
