I thought the 'ask me anything' format was just for celebrities until I tried it for my trucking business.

I set up a simple AMA on my company's Facebook page last month, thinking maybe three people would ask about freight rates. We got over 50 questions in two hours, mostly from small business owners in Toledo confused about shipping logistics. It showed me people really do have specific, practical questions they're too embarrassed to ask normally. Has anyone else found a niche topic that works surprisingly well for an AMA?

That "too embarrassed to ask normally" part is so true. I did one for my local hardware store on fixing basic stuff, and people were asking the simplest plumbing questions they were clearly scared to look dumb about in person.

That "scared to look dumb" feeling is so real, isn't it?

Oh totally! But honestly, the people at hardware stores are usually so nice and love to help. I've found they'd rather explain it once than have you come back with a bigger problem later.
