That $80 star tracker that promised perfect shots, what a waste

I bought a budget star tracker from an online shop in March for deep sky photos after seeing a YouTube ad. It wobbled so badly on a 200mm lens that every 30 second exposure came out as streaks, not stars. Has anyone else had luck with cheaper tracking mounts or do I just need to save up for a proper one?
