Hit 500 frame pulls this month, still split on whether we track them

I counted up my frame machine log last Friday and landed at 512 pulls for the month. That number surprised me because we only have two techs and one old Chief setup, but the volume keeps climbing. My partner says tracking every pull is a waste of time, just focus on the final measurements. I think the count helps me spot when a unibody is fighting me more than usual, like that Honda Civic from last week took 14 pulls alone. Does anyone else keep a pull log, or am I just overthinking this?

512 pulls with two techs? That Civic alone sounds like it bent your whole month’s average, I’d be losing my mind keeping track of that.

Track that Civic separately from your main pulls, then add it back at the end so your monthly numbers stay honest. That way you can see if the techs messed up or if the car itself just came in rough. Having a separate line for problem units makes the average way less scary to look at.
